Answers that move a buyer project forward

CVC helps buyers access and match proven China energy-storage product platforms for their market and application. Where a decision depends on a specific model, destination or project requirement, we confirm the relevant product, document and support route before quotation.

01

Product Routes for Your Market

Which product route fits the customers I serve?
Start with the end-use need: portable power for mobile and short-duration backup; all-in-one systems for a simpler home solar-backup offer; batteries for scalable storage; and inverter solutions where phase, PV input and backup design matter. Explore the four product routes before narrowing to models.
How does CVC support a B2B buyer beyond product sourcing?
CVC coordinates product comparison, factory communication, technical matching, available documents, samples, OEM/ODM requirements, export preparation and after-sales communication. This gives distributors, installers and project buyers one route for aligning a market requirement with an appropriate product platform.
Which markets do you currently prioritize?
Our current website and product-matching focus is Africa and Southeast Asia. Voltage, grid conditions, temperature, logistics, preferred brands and documentation needs can differ by country, so share your destination and customer profile when requesting a shortlist.
Can I arrange a factory visit or online audit?
For qualified projects, CVC can coordinate a visit or online review with the relevant manufacturing partner, subject to the selected product, project stage and partner availability.
What should I send to receive a useful product shortlist?
Send your target market, customer type, application, preferred product route, expected quantity and any battery, inverter, certification or delivery requirement. Send a matching requirement when you are ready to discuss models.
02

Battery, Inverter and System Matching

Can a battery work with an existing inverter?
Compatibility depends on battery voltage, BMS communication, firmware, inverter brand and approved settings. Provide the inverter model and target battery capacity before selection, then use the battery and inverter compatibility guide as a pre-quote check.
What must be confirmed before matching a battery and inverter?
Confirm phase, battery voltage class, continuous and surge power, CAN or RS485 protocol, firmware version, PV and generator requirements, grid conditions, expansion plan and the supported battery-inverter profile. A connector alone does not prove system compatibility.
When does a three-phase hybrid inverter fit a home-storage project?
A three-phase solution is relevant when the property load, grid connection, backup design or local installation practice requires it. Review phase, output, battery voltage, PV input and backup loads together. Review the three-phase residential hybrid inverter route for the model range and project-fit details.
Can I select a system for backup, weak-grid or off-grid use?
Yes, but the product route must follow the required loads, backup duration, charging conditions, transfer requirement and local electrical rules. Review inverter solutions when battery operation, PV input and backup output need to be considered together.
How do we compare capacity, power and expansion for a customer?
Start with essential loads, required operating hours, inverter output, battery discharge capability and future expansion. Capacity in kWh is only one part of the decision. Review energy storage battery options after you have the load and inverter information.
Which communication options are available?
Depending on the selected product, communication may include CAN, RS485, WiFi or app-based monitoring. Protocol compatibility and available functions must be confirmed for the exact battery and inverter pair.
03

OEM/ODM, Samples and Order Preparation

Do you support OEM or ODM projects?
Yes. CVC coordinates OEM/ODM projects with suitable manufacturing partners, covering product-platform selection, branding, label design, packaging and selected configuration requirements. Review the OEM/ODM project route before sending a customization request.
What information is needed for an OEM/ODM quotation?
Share the target market, product category, required capacity or power, certification needs, estimated quantity, branding files, packaging requirements and desired delivery timing. This lets CVC confirm the appropriate platform and sample route.
Can I receive a sample before a bulk order?
Sample availability, cost and delivery time depend on the selected model, customization scope and manufacturing partner. CVC confirms the applicable sample route after product selection and project requirements are clear.
What is the usual MOQ?
MOQ varies by product platform, configuration, branding and packaging requirement. We provide a model-specific quotation after confirming the requested scope rather than applying one generic MOQ to every project.
Can my brand appear on the product, packaging and manual?
For eligible products and order quantities, labels, cartons, manuals and packaging can be coordinated with the responsible manufacturing partner. Branding files and version approval should be confirmed before production begins.
How are technical changes documented before production?
Changes to electrical specifications, firmware, BMS communication, labels or packaging are aligned before production. CVC coordinates communication and confirms the agreed configuration, documentation and approval points with the responsible partner.
04

Documents, Delivery and After-Sales Coordination

Which documents can I review before quotation or tender?
Once a model and destination are identified, CVC can request the available data sheet, manual, certification files, product images, packing information and supporting materials. Review available product and project documents before requesting a model-specific pack.
Can you confirm certification scope for my destination country?
Yes. Share the destination country, selected model and tender or customs requirement. CVC will confirm the available certification and document scope with the responsible manufacturing partner before quotation, bidding or shipment.
Do you provide installation guidance?
CVC provides the available model manuals and technical documents for review. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with local electrical rules and the manufacturer documentation for the selected product.
How do warranty and after-sales technical questions work?
CVC coordinates warranty communication and after-sales support with the responsible manufacturing partner. Warranty term and conditions are confirmed in the quotation and sales documentation for the selected model and order.
What should an installer provide when a system shows an alarm?
Provide the alarm code, model, serial number, battery and inverter status, installation photos and a clear issue description. This allows CVC to coordinate the next technical-review step with the relevant partner efficiently.
Can CVC coordinate shipping and export documents?
Yes. CVC can coordinate export preparation and the available product, packing and shipping documents for the agreed order terms. Confirm destination, Incoterm, quantity and product configuration before finalizing the document set.
05

Portable Power Procurement for African Distributors

Which portable power capacities should a distributor compare first?
Start with the capacity and power bands that match local demand, common backup loads and your target price level. A practical first comparison is 500W, around 1kWh and around 2kWh, then confirm the model, accessories, solar input and target application.
Can portable power stations be paired with solar panels?
Solar compatibility depends on the selected model’s PV input range, connector, charging limits and operating conditions. Review the product specification before creating a solar bundle or committing to a channel package.
What should an African channel buyer include in an SKU plan?
Include the target countries, customer type, use cases, capacity and output range, expected quantity, preferred charging method, accessories, branding requirements and delivery timing. This gives CVC a usable basis for a product shortlist.
Which documents and sample information should I request?
Request the model datasheet, user manual, battery and transport information, charging and solar specifications, product images, packaging details, sample cost and lead time. Add any destination-market certification or tender requirement before quotation.
How should a distributor plan after-sales and RMA support?
Agree the issue-reporting path, required photos or videos, serial-number records, troubleshooting documents, spare-parts scope and replacement process before the first bulk order. CVC coordinates the applicable support route with the responsible manufacturing partner.
